- £150  Refundable Damage Deposit (to be paid morning of check in via card)

- No Smoking

- No Damage to Property

- Respectful of Noise

- Quiet time 11pm-8am

 

 

Payments -

Payments must be paid via card payment and made in Pound Sterling.

We do not accept any cash payments for a deposit or for the stay.

You must be 18+ to make a booking with Cherry Property and all bookings must be made by or with consent of the cardholder.

 

Deposit-

The damage deposit will be refunded after check out on the next working day after your departure, once the apartment has been cleaned and checked for damage. Please note all damage deposits are pre-authorisations therefore are pending from your account, please keep this in mind when refunded, the monies can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank.

 

House Rules-

No Parties! Please respect other guests and residence in the building by keeping the noise down from 11pm, any noise complaints or unacceptable behaviour including anti-social, may result in a deduction in the deposit or the booking being terminated immediately without any refund or compensation. Be aware – stains to the linen will result in costs. No pets are allowed to be brought into the building at any time. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. If there is any smoking in the property this will result in the full loss of the deposit paid for the property as all of our apartments/houses are non-smoking.

If any damages are made that exceed the £150 deposit given we have the right to charge the value of the cost of the damage done.

 

Access-

You will be contacted on the morning of check in with the access details to your apartment.

 

Data Protection-

We will process the information you provide us in accordance to the relevant Data Protection legislation. Your personal data may be transferred to Eviivo Limited.

 

Cleaning Charge-

If the apartment is not left in a respectable state at check out resulting in excess cleaning, this extra cost will be taken from your deposit. Please leave the property in a state you would expect to find it.
